Carine baseball club
The Carine Baseball Club operates from a facility located in the north western corner of Carine Regional Open Space commonly referred to as the ‘Whitehouse’. The ‘Whitehouse’ building is a single skin structure that contains a kiosk and storage rooms for players. There is also a toilet facility to the north of the Whitehouse that was historically a publicly accessible toilet. The buildings are proposed to be demolished and replaced with a new clubroom facility to be used by the Carine Baseball Club during summer. The club has utilised the existing facility since 1981 and have outgrown the current space in terms of membership, public amenity and public health.
